Section 31
Sub-committees or task forces may be constituted Sub-committees or task forces may be constituted

(1) The Commission may form various sub-committees or task forces as needed, including experts in the relevant fields, in order to carry out its work smoothly.
(2) The work, duties, rights, term of office of the sub-committee or task force formed in accordance with sub-section (1) and the facilities and other arrangements to be enjoyed by the members of the sub-committee or task force shall be as prescribed by the Commission.
